Free Peer Support Groups for Adults with ADHD
Finding ADHD support isn’t easy.
Services are overstretched — or just don’t get it.
Our peer support groups offer something different:
Real talk. Real people. Real experience.
This isn’t therapy. It’s honest conversation, gentle structure, and space to grow — even on the messy days.
Who is it for?
- Adults with ADHD (diagnosed, self-identified, or exploring)
- People who want useful insight rather than just a place to vent
- Anyone tired of being misunderstood, but still open to learning and making changes
You don’t need a diagnosis — just a sense that ADHD might be part of your story.
Most of our group interest has come from women — which is brilliant.
But we also want men, nonbinary people, and others who don’t usually reach out to know: you’re welcome too.
What to expect
- Lightly guided sessions — you can speak, listen, or just show up
- Relaxed, honest conversations with people who get it
- A mix of humour, insight, challenge, and support
- No pressure to be on time, contribute, or have it all together. Just bring yourself.
No fixing. No fluff.
Just people figuring stuff out — together.
Why we’re doing this
Because good support should build you up — not burn you out.
Because ADHD can be hard — but we don’t have to do it alone.
Because connection matters more than perfection.
