ADHD Groups (Free)
Finding ADHD support isn’t easy.
Services are stretched thin, or just don’t get it.
That’s why we run ADHD groups for adults with ADHD.
Not therapy. Not a lecture. Just real people, real experience, and honest conversation.
Who is it for?
- Adults with ADHD (diagnosed, self-identified, or exploring)
- People who want to learn and support each other
- Anyone looking for a space to be understood and try new ideas
You don’t need a diagnosis, just a sense that ADHD might be part of your story.
Many of our members so far have been women, which is brilliant.
But men, nonbinary people, and anyone who don’t usually reach out are just as welcome.
What to expect
- Lightly guided sessions — speak, listen, or just show up
- Relaxed, honest conversations with people who get it
- A mix of humour, insight, challenge, and encouragement
- No pressure to be on time, contribute, or have it all together. Just bring yourself.
No fixing. No fluff.
Just people figuring stuff out, together.
Why we’re doing this
Because too many ADHDers, diagnosed or not, are left with nowhere to turn.
Because life as an ADHDer is messy, and it helps to untangle it with people who get it.
Because ADHDers spend enough time masking. Here, you don’t have to.
