Do you do 1-to-1?
No. All of our work is self-guided or group based.
Are groups open in 2025?
Yes. Our current adult ADHD group is running this year and is currently full. We are keeping a reserve list and planning future groups as we grow.
Who are the guides for?
They are designed for ADHDers, employers, managers, colleagues, and anyone wanting a clearer understanding of ADHD at work.
Can I donate?
Yes. Donations help fund our community work. Please see the Donate page.
Can you work with organisations?
We do not provide consultancy or training. Our workplace offer focuses on practical guides and signposted resources to support inclusive practice.
Can I write for you?
Yes. We welcome contributions from ADHDers and professionals. While we cannot offer payment at this time, contributors are always credited and their work is shared widely.
Tip: When you get in touch, let us know what your message relates to, such as workplace guides, ADHD groups, or article contributions. This helps us respond more quickly.
