ADHD Groups (Free)

Finding ADHD support can be difficult, and for many people it takes far longer than it should.

Our ADHD groups offer a different kind of space.

A relaxed, people-led environment where adults can spend time making sense of how ADHD shows up in real life, alongside others who recognise parts of that experience.

This is not therapy. It is not coaching.

It is a peer space that meets every two weeks and works best when people are able to attend over time.

There is no expectation to improve, fix things, or have answers.

Who is it for?

Adults with ADHD, whether diagnosed, self-identified, or still exploring

People who are trying to make sense of their experiences, rather than follow a set approach

Anyone who wants to be in a space where things do not have to be clear or consistent

You do not need a formal diagnosis to join. Just a sense that ADHD might be part of your experience.

Many of our members so far have been women. Men, non-binary people, and anyone who does not usually reach out are equally welcome.

What to expect

Lightly guided sessions where you can speak, listen, or simply show up

Conversations shaped by real experiences, not set topics or outcomes

A mix of humour, honesty, disagreement, and reflection

There is no pressure to be on time, contribute, or explain yourself. You can take part in whatever way feels right.

This is a people-led space.

There is no fixing and no performance. Just time to notice what is happening, what shifts, and what does not, in your own life and in others.

what comes next

For some people, the group is enough.

Others may reach a point where they want to explore things in a slightly more structured way.

After around six months, some group members may be invited to take part in a short ADHD coaching programme.

This is optional and by invitation.

Why this exists

Because many people are left trying to work things out on their own.

Because understanding ADHD does not always make day-to-day life clearer.

Because things often work for a while, then stop, and it helps to be around others who recognise that.

Because there are very few spaces where you do not have to explain yourself, improve, or hold things together.
